Terms & Conditions for Online Contact Form Submission

By submitting your information through the contact form on www.BarryLends.com (“the Site”), you (“the User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consent to Contact

You understand that standard message and data rates may apply if we contact you by SMS or mobile phone.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

4. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false or misleading information may limit our ability to provide services and could result in termination of communications.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Information collected through the contact form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data may be collected, stored, and used. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

6. Third-Party Services
